Both plans are month to month. Moving between them takes one conversation, not a new agreement.
These are scoped to your shop, so they get quoted once we have seen the books rather than guessed at from a page.
No retainer. You are never paying monthly for advice you did not ask for. Book time when a decision is actually on the table: the next hire, a truck purchase, a comp plan, pricing, or a conversation with the bank.
Because the honest range runs from a few hundred dollars to five figures depending on how far back it goes, how many accounts are involved and whether personal and business money got mixed. A range that wide tells you nothing and just makes you guess where you land. You get one flat number after a thirty minute look at the actual books, before any work starts, and it does not move unless the scope does.
Transaction volume, number of bank and card accounts, number of entities, and whether you want payroll and job costing running. A three-truck service shop on one account sits at the bottom of the range. A shop running multiple entities with heavy GC work sits higher. You get the number before you commit.
Only if there is setup work to do. If your books are current and structured sensibly, we pick them up and there is nothing extra. If job costing has to be built from scratch or the chart of accounts needs rebuilding, that gets quoted as a one-time project and you see it before you agree to anything.
No. Month to month, cancel anytime, no notice period and no exit fee. If you are on the Xero subscription we provide, we transfer it into your name and hand the file over. We do not hold anyone's books hostage.
Multiple entities, bonding capacity, buying or selling a shop, or a CFO in the room every month. That gets scoped on a call rather than sold off a page. Book the review and say so up front and we will use the time for that instead.
No. We work in both Xero and QuickBooks Online. We prefer Xero and the subscription is included in your fee if you run on it. QuickBooks Online is not included and stays in your name. If a move ever makes sense we handle the migration.
One 30-minute call. We look at your current books, tell you which plan fits and quote anything one-time before we start.
No contracts. Month to month. If we are not the fit, we will say so on the call.
